1. Service description
ProofWealth is a financial status verification service. It aggregates data from bank accounts and the property cadastre, evaluates it and generates a digital badge.
2. Limitation of liability
- The service does not provide financial advice
- Property value estimates are indicative and do not replace a professional appraisal
- Status verification is based on data available at the time of processing
- The operator is not liable for decisions third parties make based on a shown status
3. PSD2 consent
By using the service you consent to the processing of bank data through licensed PSD2 providers under Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2). You can revoke this consent at any time by disconnecting the bank account in settings.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate registration data
- Do not connect third-party bank accounts
- Do not abuse the service for fraudulent purposes
- Protect credentials against unauthorised access
5. Termination
The operator reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the service in case of violation of these terms. Users may delete their account anytime in settings.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Bratislava.
7. Payments & plans
ProofWealth offers a free 48-hour trial after the first verification. Paid plans: Keep (€9, 90-day badge validity) and Lifetime (€29 one-time, lifetime badge with automatic re-verification). All prices include 20 % VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your card data.
8. Refunds
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from purchasing the Keep plan to cancel without reason for a full refund. For the Lifetime plan you may opt at checkout to start verification immediately — in that case you expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. 9. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., USA, certified PCI DSS Level 1. ProofWealth has no access to full card numbers or CVV. Stripe acts as our data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. More at https://stripe.com/privacy.
10. Legal notice
The ProofWealth badge and certificate are informational tools. They do not replace a bank statement, notarial certification or an official wealth declaration for court or tax purposes. ProofWealth is not liable for decisions third parties make based on a shared badge. The service is not financial advice.
